The ES6 corn harvester is designed for collecting corn cobs at the stage of full grain ripeness and can be used in various climatic conditions, with the exception of mountainous areas. The main features of the ES6 harvester are high productivity, high-quality cleaning of cobs without damaging them, and economic efficiency. The main advantage of harvesting corn cobs is its natural drying on the cob itself, which saves the cost of forced drying. The ES6 harvester has a luxury cabin with air conditioning, a heater, operator protection from noise, vibration and dust, panoramic glazing and an additional folding seat for an assistant. The arrangement of controls in the cabin meets modern requirements, and control of the main operating parameters is comfortably carried out at any time. A corn tank with a capacity of 10 m3 ensures the collection of peeled cobs and their unloading into a vehicle by tilting the corn tank using two hydraulic cylinders. To prevent losses during unloading, the corn tank is equipped with a visor, which, when lifted, automatically rotates and closes the gap between the tank and the vehicle.
For complete control of the filling and unloading process, a video camera and a powerful flashlight are installed in the upper part of the corn tank, as well as two working headlights to illuminate the unloading area when working in the dark. For ease of maintenance, there is a turntable and a removable ladder for entering the corn tank on the rear support of the ES6 harvester. And a door designed for access to and passage through the corn tank makes it easier to service the engine.
For comfortable and efficient work, this model of harvester is equipped with an ARC-SYSTEM radiator cleaning system. To remove dust and clean the radiators core during operation, the blades of the reversible fan are rotated to change the direction of the air flow passing through the radiators.
