Any farmer knows that the key to a successful harvest is a high‑quality, well‑maintained, and uninterrupted operating combine harvester. If your combine harvester has reached the end of its service life and you don’t have the opportunity to buy a new one, we have a unique offer for agricultural producers in the Republic of Belarus — repair and modernization of used equipment at OJSC “Gomselmash”.
How does it work?
Step 1: Application
To organize the repair and modernization of equipment operated by OJSC “Gomselmash” that has been taken out of service, the customer sends a letter to the company indicating the type of equipment and the general list of repair work that needs to be carried out.
Step 2: Diagnosis
Our specialists visit the customer to assess the technical condition of the agricultural machinery and draw up a defect report. The completed report must be approved by the customer and submitted to the organization. If the customer is interested in modernizing the equipment, all data are entered into the defect report and approved by them.
Step 3: Determining the scope of work
The commission for accepting equipment for repair, based on the submitted defective report, draws up a preliminary defective list indicating the list of parts and assembly units that need to be replaced and repaired.
Step 4: Concluding the contract
Our specialists will agree with the customer on the preliminary cost of repairing the equipment and will conclude an agreement for the provision of services for its repair and (or) modernization. A mandatory condition for carrying out the work is obtaining a 100% prepayment from the customer for the cost of the work under the contract.
Step 5: Delivery of equipment
After signing the contract and receiving the prepayment, our specialists will arrange the delivery of the equipment to the facility for its repair and (or) modernization. The delivery of the equipment to the facility and its return after repair are carried out on a paid basis under a separate contract agreed upon with the customer (or by the customer independently).
Step 6: Repair
Our specialists carry out equipment repairs. If additional (hidden) defects are identified during the repair process that need to be addressed, an additional defective work list is drawn up and agreed upon with the customer.
Step 7: Testing and acceptance of the equipment
Testing and acceptance of repaired equipment are carried out in accordance with the applicable technical regulatory legal acts (TRLA) and defect lists.
Step 8: Final payment and receipt of the repaired equipment.и
After the repair, the customer pays the remaining amount of the final repair cost as agreed in the contract, and our specialists return the restored equipment to the customer.
Warranty
- The warranty period for the product is 12 months from the date the equipment is handed over to the customer, provided that the consumer complies with the conditions of operation, transportation, and storage;
- the warranty obligations apply to the repaired and replaced parts and assembly units specified in the defect report;
- the warranty period is calculated from the date the consumer receives the repaired product;
- the consideration and satisfaction of claims regarding the quality of the repair are carried out upon presentation of this certificate and a copy of the defect report.
