The GOMSELMASH CS100 self-propelled windrower is designed for mowing, pluming and laying grass in a swath in the center of the machine with a yield of up to 200 centners per hectare. It can also be used to wrap the swaths of herbs and grain crops in plain fields with a slope of up to 8º. The windrower provides perfect mowing and even cut, and also has high speed in the fields with different soil-climate conditions in temperate climate. However, it is not recommended to use it on soils with low bearing capacity.
The mover is aggregated with replaceable working adapters: a ZhV-7 conveyer header with a working width of 7 meters and a CS100.12 grass header with a working width of 5 meters.
The ZhV-7 conveyor header is designed for mowing and placing into a swath grass, cereals, legumes and other crops on the left or in the center of the windrower of. When laying on the left, the header allows for doubling of the swaths to facilitate subsequent harvesting. This prevents clogging and ensures optimal loading of the windrower. This allows you to reduce the number of passes of heavy equipment across the field, which increases work efficiency and reduces time costs.
The grass header CS100.12 is a front roller auger header with a flattening device. It copies the field relief in both longitudinal and transverse directions.
The windrower's mounting system ensures longitudinal and transverse relief copying. To ensure efficient operation, the cut mass moves from the cutting unit to the unloading window of the header using slatted conveyors.
