The BZ-3 grain cart is designed for transporting grain with its subsequent unloading into storage and processing areas, or into a vehicle trailer for further transportation, as well as for loading seeding complexes and drills.
We offer you an effective solution for harvesting grain and row crops – the BZ-3 grain cart. This machine will become the "heart" of your harvesting operation, ensuring smooth grain feeding, reliable loading and reduced equipment downtime. This allows your combines to operate without interruption, and your vehicles to quickly transport grain to the loading point.
The BZ-3 grain cart with a tank volume of 30 m³ and a load capacity of up to 18 000 kg is aggregated with tractors of drawbar category 5 and higher.
Key advantages of the BZ-3 grain cart
POWERFUL LOAD CAPACITY AND LARGE VOLUME
Transportation of grain from combine harvesters to vehicle or other unloading locations without delays, as well as the ability to load seed drills and fertilizer spreaders with seed or fertilizer.
EXCELLENT MANOEUVRABILITY AND STABILITY
Two axles with balanced suspension ensure confident operation in fields with slopes of up to 8.5°.
EFFECTIVE UNLOADING
Unloading auger with a loading height of 4 300 cm, hydraulic guide plate for adjusting the discharge flow trajectory, hydraulic gate valves of the horizontal auger are inside the tank for accurate feeding and minimal losses.
INNOVATIVE PREMIERE AND A PROVEN LINE
The BZ-3 model was first presented to the public at an exhibition in 2023 and became the second model in the line of grain cart after the BZ-1 (11 m3).
To optimally adjust the loading speed, the cart is equipped with a hydraulically controlled dosing unit. The canvas cover protects against rainfall and losses during transportation.
Design features and advantages of a combine harvester with a grain cart:
- the hydraulically controlled auger ensures smooth material feed, minimizes pulsation and ensures uniform unloading.
- smooth material feed minimizes mechanical damage of the grain.
- reduction of combine downtime by 20-30% due to continuous grain unloading, the combine continues to operate without stopping.
- reducing harvest time by 20-30%. Faster grain movement from the field speeds up the completion of the harvest.
- significant reduction of the load on the soil and elimination of its over-compaction.
- Reduced need for vehicles. One grain cart can service up to three combines, reducing the number of vehicles needed for harvesting.
- control of the overload speed reduces flow pulsation, which reduces the risk of delamination and defects during processing.
- optionally the BZ-3 grain cart can be equipped with a weighing system to record the amount of loading and unloading of transported material.
